Interview Question - Why do you want To join Banking Sector?

If you are appearing for IBPS or SBI interview, you are most likely to face the question – Why do you want to join banking Sector. You have to describe here the benefits of joining banking sector and great career possibilities which exist in banking sector.

Include these points while Answering ‘Why do you want To join Banking Sector?’

• Describe the growth of banking industry.
• Describe how does the banking sector match with your Qualifications, Experience,hobbies and your strength.
• Describe about the high Social Respect for bankers.
• Describe how will you climb up on your career in banking profession.

This question becomes easy to answer for the candidates who are from Commerce or Management Background. But.Engineering Students who want to join banking profession find it difficult to answer. But I strongly advice them to  use the above points while formulating your answer. Such as you can say “Sir, as my engineering degree has made me more sharp and technical. Now I approach to a problem in a different manner. and …………”. This is just a sample. The answers could be more constructive and better. Just sit down and describe all the points which I discussed above. By doing So you will certainly end up with a very nice answer.
